Authentic Korean Meals with Laurel Redmon

If you can’t quite travel to Korea, you can at least join us as we discover an adventure in it’s cuisine. Laurel will introduce you to delicious ingredients used to create Korea's rich, spicy cuisine and guide you in preparing a few classic dishes such as Jap Chae, one of Korea’s best-loved recipes. We will also make one of Korea’s “comfort foods”, Bibimbap, a delicious rice dish and use the Korean staple seasoning, Gochujang.
