BBQ 101 Cooking Class 6/15/17
BBQ 101 will provide you with a good understanding of the techniques and tricks of barbecuing and smoking. These techniques can be used for cooking inside as well as on the grill. The class will explore meat preparation, marinades, dry rubs, cooking techniques and sauces.
