Susan Vrabec is a pharmacist by trade and a specialist in growing and cooking with herbs as a passion. She is a self-taught gourmet chef with lots of great ideas brought with her from her extensive travels across Italy. She is always a favorite teacher and her classes are taught in a fun and relaxed style.
