Knife Skills Cooking Class 10/10/17

Our knife skills class is a how-to session. It will cover knife care, sharpening, honing, and how to select a knife. Clark demonstrates the best way to sharpen your knives and carve a turkey, plus essential knife-handling techniques. Attendees receive a bonus discount of 15% off knives the day of the class, and a 3.5-inch paring knife is included with the class (retail value is $39.99). Class size is limited to 12.
