"If you really want to know the true inspiration…shhh…. It's such a secret I've never told. At Cordon Bleu we would use Gianduja in all of our pastry classes. Well, I would keep slicing little bitty pieces and sneaking them for a taste without a soul knowing. The addiction began. Then on a trip to Milano, I discovered these little triangular bonbons wrapped in gold at the oldest patisserie in Milano, Cova.
