"I LOVE walnuts, but not just any kind of walnut; I am not a huge fan of black walnuts. And I couldn't just do a walnut + chocolate bar. That sounded boring to me at the moment. I thought cardamom would be very interesting; it has that very minty eucalyptus flavor. You wouldn't think it would go with walnuts, but funny enough it does. Well, maybe not funny to you, but to me as I am concocting in my kitchen."
