Chef Susan Holding: Susan earned the Diplome de Patisserie, with honors, in December 1999 from Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. She opened the Little French Bakery just outside of the Baraboo Bluffs in 1999. She makes fabulous delicacies and offers private cooking instruction also. |
