Chef Heather Brinker: Chef Heather Brinker grew up in Baraboo and got her start at Java Cafe and Wally's House of Embers. Educated at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, she competed in the world wide cooking competition the Bocuse D'Or. Heather assisted in the opening of Kaminski Bros. Chophouse in Wisconsin Dells. She is now currently working for Parasole Restaurants Holdings in Minneapolis, Mn. In her spare time, Heather enjoys teaching cooking classes, mentoring future culinarians, and cooking for her friends and family. |
