Celebrating Julie Child – Chef Susan Holding $55
Back by popular demand! This session pays tribute to French cooking and to Julia Child. What better way to pay tribute to this culinary legend than to learn how to prepare some of her signature dishes? Chef Susan will show you how to prepare the classic Boeuf Bourguignon, a beautiful soufflé, and of course a French style tart! Class attendees will have a chance to win a piece of Le Creuset Cookware!
Chef Susan Holding: Susan earned the Diplome de Patisserie, with honors, in December 1999 from Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. She owns The Little French Bakery just outside of the Baraboo, in the beautiful bluffs. In addition to creating fabulous delicacies she also offers hands-on cooking classes for small groups.
