What could be better than fresh, warm cinnamon rolls or coffee cake? Susan will teach you some of her favorite morning recipes including Cream cheese Overnight coffee cake, Cinnamon Rolls, and tips for perfect Croissants.
Chef Susan Holding: Susan earned the Diplome de Patisserie, with honors, in December 1999 from Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. She owns The Little French Bakery just outside of the Baraboo, in the beautiful bluffs. In addition to creating fabulous delicacies she also offers hands-on cooking classes for small groups. |
