Fancy French Desserts – Chef Susan Holding $45
French desserts are indulgent, rich, and so beautifully decorated. In this class chef Susan will show us how to create wonderfully classic French desserts such as a Mini Lemon Souffle, Crème Brulee, and variations on the Éclair.
Chef Susan Holding: Susan earned the Diplome de Patisserie, with honors, in December 1999 from Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. She owns The Little French Bakery just outside of the Baraboo, in the beautiful bluffs. In addition to creating fabulous delicacies she also offers hands-on cooking classes for small groups. |
