By eating sustainably we can have a huge impact on the environment.  Celebrate the joys of local, seasonal and artisanal ingredients. Understand the source of the ingredients- the way they have been grown, raised or caught.  Chef Heather will prepare delicious recipes using these principles. We will help you to prepare your family meals in an easy and sustainable way.  We will have a special speaker with us as well to educate us on the value of the CSA.
