Lovely Lemons- Chef Susan Holding $40
We are having this class because Bekah and Susan love Lemons! After salt and pepper, lemon may be the most commonly used flavoring ingredient in the culinary arts. Used in everything from baking to sauce making, to meat and vegetable cookery, lemons bring their own tangy flavor and bright aroma, while actually enhancing a dish's other flavors. Susan will teach you how to make perfect lemon curd, garbanzo veggie burgers, lovely lemon pound cake, and other wonderful lemon accented dishes.
Chef Susan Holding: Susan earned the Diplome de Patisserie, with honors, in December 1999 from Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. She owns The Little French Bakery just outside of the Baraboo, in the beautiful bluffs. In addition to creating fabulous delicacies she also offers hands-on cooking classes for small groups.
