Garam Masala from India to make Roasted Aloo Gobi,  Baharat from the Middle East to create a delicious Couscous, Chinese 5 Spice to make dressings and marinades for pork/chicken. Berbere, a key ingredient in Ethiopian cooking will be used in a dip with toasted pitas & dry Harrisa from Tunisia. And finally, a glaze for roasted Carrots with Harrisa
