Welcome to our Sourdough Master Class! 

In this class you will learn how to create and maintain a healthy sourdough starter from scratch, and discover the key factors influencing starter development; including hydration, temperature, and feeding schedules. You will receive guidance and troubleshooting on common challenges and be able to ask questions about sourdough baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.

Your instructor will be taking a deep dive into different types of flour's, different styles of sourdough bread, and the many versatile uses for sourdough discard!  We'll delve into the art of sourdough baking, mastering essential techniques such as mixing, kneading, shaping, and scoring to learn how to achieve the perfect balance of flavors, textures, and aromas in your loaves, with a focus on traditional methods and artisanal craftsmanship.
